BeHear SMARTO Bluetooth Personal Hearing Amplifier

BeHear® SMARTO is designed specifically for those who need significant amplification with minimum hassle. It is a fully customizable hand-held or body-worn Bluetooth personal hearing amplifier that provides a substantial hearing boost up to 70 dB to allow those with moderate to severe hearing challenges participate fully in live conversations.

Only the voice of the person speaking is amplified, not the whole room. With the press of a button, the beamforming function in SMARTO zeroes in on sound coming from a specific direction. Users can choose to focus on the speech of a specific person or group of people by simply pointing SMARTO in the relevant direction and selecting either narrow or omni focus.

If the user falls, or is incapacitated in any other way, they can press and hold the CALL button on SMARTO to initiate a call to a pre-defined number. This makes it easy for the wearer to get assistance and gives family members built-in peace of mind.

It also enables an improved listening experience for streamed audio from a cell phone, television set, or any other device that transmits audio via Bluetooth. Clear dialogue and rich music tones are delivered from streamed television, music tracks, podcasts, conference calls, and other audio content. Built-in, customizable sound therapy can ease the discomfort of tinnitus.
